High Performance ABS Filament

TitanX™ is a revolutionary new high-performance and FDM-optimized engineering ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) type of 3D printer filament with strongly improved mechanical properties and by its FDM-optimization – zero warping, superb first layer adhesion to glass/kapton/pet/adhesives, perfect interlayer adhesion, thermal stability and filament flowing behavior – it is a very easy to print material.

TitanX™ can be printed directly on a heated glass print bed and by its high impact strength and FDM-optimization it is a perfect material for 3D printing large scale engineering objects.

TitanX™ has an excellent roundness and very tight diameter tolerances, which makes this filament a perfect match with all common desktop 3D printers. Printing with Titanx™ 3D printer filament will go very smoothly with basically all FFF/FDM technology based desktop 3D printers, such as:

Our TitanX™ 3D printer filament is wrapped on a transparent ABS plastic spool which contains approximately 0.75Kg of filament. Our spool-wrapped TitanX™ filaments are packed in a silica sealed bag and come in a full colour printed cardboard box, which in turn is also sealed in plastic. Prints great after drying

Initially printed with lots of stringing and rough surface. After drying the spool in an oven (70° for 2 hours) it prints perfectly. Very good filament but the plastic wrapping might not be water-proof.

Dont waste your money

Pros: Excellent bed and layer adhesion

Cons: Expensive, difficult to get reliable prints due to it's cooling requirements, colour choices available.

Used half a roll tweaking settings in CURA trying to get smooth consistent layers, the 0-30deg print cooling recommendation by Form Futura is accurate but gives you a small window to get the prints spot on.

I have used countless rolls of the X3D Pro ABS and never had these issues and is $20 cheaper.

Once you've tried Titan X you won't use any other ABS filament

Fantastic product, very easy to print and no shrinkage, I will be using Titan X for all ABS printing from now on.

Best filament

Probably the best filament I've used. Completely replaced petg. Bed at 110 hotend at 250, printing on a pei surface and 0 warp no matter how large the part. Amazingly good filament.

Titan X Black filament

Fantastic filament. I tried this and had good results at 240dec and bed at 100.
