Shipping policy

Orders placed before 11.30 am (AWST) we aim to ship the same day (occasional delays may occur). Orders placed after 11.30 am are shipped the following working day.

The option will not be available to select if you choose Apple or Google Pay as an accelerated checkout.

This is only available for PERTH METRO customers

  • Orders can take up to 24 hours to process from the placement of order. We aim for the same day but it depends on the order and how busy the fulfillment center is.   You will receive an email notification with details when your order is ready for collection.
  • Orders placed after 11.30 am are generally ready for Pick Up the following business day. This does not mean from 8.00am the next day. It may be 4 -5 hours before the order is ready. You will be emailed when ready for collection. Please wait for notification.

You will receive and email when you order is ready to collect. Please bring ID with you to ensure that you get the correct order.

Free Shipping on Orders over $140

This is shipped using Australia Post and may take between 7 – 10 working days to arrive depending on your location. In the Perth metro area, delivery is generally 1-3 days. You will receive tracking details via email when the order has shipped. 

There will be a freight charge for printers which will be shown at the checkout due to the size and weight of the items. 

Express Shipping – $14.95

Need it faster? Then shipped in overnight Startrack airbag for up to 3 rolls. Note no more than 3 rolls can be shipped into an airbag. Express orders are not always shipped on the day of order and delivery times vary according to your location. There is no guaranteed delivery date. However Express is generally faster than standard by a few days.  

More than 3 rolls are shipped by road express. Express may take between 4-5 working days depending on your location. For this option we use Startrack Express for all states other than Perth Metro, where we use PEP transport.

Express freight (orders received before 11.30 am) are sent on an overnight service and is generally next working day in capital cities but can take up to 3-4 days for rural areas. This is Star Track. 

We only ship within Australia.
