X3D are committed to keeping shipping prices low so our customers can always get the best quality products on time and at the most reasonable prices. We offer the following shipping options.

Local Pick-Up

The option will not be available if you choose Apple or Google Pay as an accelerated checkout.

This is only available for PERTH METRO customers

  • Orders placed before 8am WST will be ready for Pick Up after 4 hours
  • Orders placed after 8 am will be ready for Pick Up the following business day

All Filaments – Free Shipping on Orders over $100

This is shipped using Australia Post and may take between 7 – 10 working days depending on your location. You will receive tracking details via email when the order has shipped.  Due to Covid 19, there may be an increase in shipping times.

There will be a freight charge for printers which will be shown at the checkout due to the size and weight of the items. 

Express overnight/next day shipping – $14.95

Need it faster? Then shipped in overnight airbag for up to 3 rolls. Note no more than 3 rolls can be shipped into an airbag. More than 3 rolls are shipped by road express. May take between 4-5 working days depending on your location. For this option we use Startrack Express for all states other than Perth Metro, where we use PEP transport. 

Despatch Info

All orders received before 8 am WST are mostly shipped the same day. Orders received after 8 am WST are generally shipped the next working day. Express freight (orders received before 12.00pm) are sent on an overnight service and is generally next working day in capital cities but can take up to 3-4 days for rural areas. This is Star Track. 

We only ship within Australia.

Returns Policy

  • You can return the received merchandise within 30 days. Please notify us via email details of what item you wish to return and your order number within 30 days of receiving them. The customer bears the shipping cost of returning the item. Unless it is defective, damaged or not the item you ordered then X3D will arrange the return shipping on your behalf.
  • The goods must be housed in their original packaging and in the condition they were sent to you.
  • Once returned we will either credit, refund or replace the item. The choice will be yours.
