  • Flexible PolyFlex TPU95™ has a “Shore A” hardness of 95A and a large strain-to-failure of over 400%. These aren’t just figures on a page, but tested values obtained from actual printed parts. PolyFlex™ gives you flexible prints with no need to worry about the part breaking.
  • Light Weight Unlike regular flexible filaments that are known to be difficult to work with, PolyFlex™ is designed to be compatible with almost all desktop FDM/FFF printers and requires no hardware modification. Not only does it print smoothly but adheres well to a large variety of surfaces with no need for a heated build plate. PolyFlex™ can be printed together with PolyPlusTM PLA or PolyMaxTM PLA on dual-extruder printers to generate objects with both soft and rigid parts.

          Good flexibility at the correct speeds

          Good flexibility but can cause tangles at the feed drives if trying to print with 100% feed.
          Prints well at 90% feed / flow rate & 30mm/Sec.

          Many thanks for the advice Bruce. Very helpful to other customers.
