Description

For flexible prints

X3D TPU 3D printing filament is a soft flexible plastic that retains its original shape and form. It is a bendable yet strong and durable plastic.

A heated platform isn’t needed but if you choose to use one make sure to keep the temperature low. TPU has great layer adhesion as well as good UV weather resistance, allowing you to print objects that will be used outdoors.

RoHs compliant and tested for quality on our X3D range of 3D printers X3D Premium is the professional filament of choice. It also comes with a no fuss return or refund guarantee.

Love the TPU

I really like X3D TPU. It is good value for money. It prints beautifully on my Bambu X1C. No stringing and great surface quality. Highly recommended.

Glad you like it Mark - many thanks for your review. X3D Team

Surprisingly easy!

First time ordering with x3d and couldn't be happier. I was getting ready for a frustrating weekend of trial and error as I'd heard TPU can be difficult to print, but results were amazing on the first go. Followed everyone's advice and reinforce that 220 is bang on. Definitely worth having a roll on hand as flexibles open up a load of exciting new opportunities!

Great value - smooth prints

This filament prints like a breeze and creates tough finished items. Speeds are excellent (for TPU) running a volume of 5mm3/s on a 0.4mm nozzle and the finish is excellent. I had no stringing at all using my settings I dialled in for eSun TPU95a. Just be aware that it is an 800g roll, not 1kg. It still works out to be good value though.

Many thanks for the review and printing tips Mark - really appreciated!

Tougher than I thought!

This filament is a dream to print, adheres well to the various build plates I've used, doesn't string, and works perfectly just following the directions on the label. This was the first TPU I've ever used and one thing I didn't expect is how strong and rigid Shore 95 actually is. Infill matters a lot with this material, even small changes of 5% infill density change the feel of the part, and the actual pattern can be used to make the print more rigid in one direction. You can't go wrong with this stuff, it's a good price and it seems to work extremely well for everything I've used it to make; for example some desktop cable guides, and a deadblow hammer face.

Many thanks Mike - glad you like it. Our TPU is very popular and surprisingly a lot easier to print than people imagine.
