My testing

I attempted a range of different temperatures and configs using a 0.4mm nozzle on ender 3 v2, however I clogged multiple nozzles and didn't get a successful print using the 0.4mm nozzle.

Once I upgraded to a 0.6mm brass nozzle, I no longer suffered clogging, however I did notice that the filament had an audible crackling sound whilst printing after the filament had been stored in open air for a few days, which is an indicator that it had absorbed some moisture.

Finally, after dehydrating the filament and using a 0.6mm nozzle, I did get some nice prints with this filament. I found it prints well at 195c (even though the book says 210-240). I hope this helps others using this filament.

Many thanks Barnaby - very helpful. We find 0.5mm nozzle works well.
